New Shaman Spells:
* Hex - Transforms the enemy into a random critter, reducing the target’s movement speed by 75%. While moving, the hexed target cannot attack or cast spells. Only one target can be hexed at a time. [...]

Holy
* Blessing of Light (Rank 5) - 180 mana, increases healing of Holy Light by 1090, Flash of Light by 345.

* Incite - Increases the critical strike chance of your Heroic Strike, Thunder Clap and Cleave abilities by 5%/10%/15%.
